Housekeeping ensured the room stayed tidy, but I did notice some inconsistent cleanliness in common areas. The food quality at main meals exceeded expectations, yet the variety could use improvement, especially if you're staying for an extended time. A highlight was the shared private pool experience—it was both fun and relaxing. the bar seemed understaffed, leading to longer wait times for drinks. The atmosphere around the pool was lively, making it a great place to unwind after exploring. All in all, the room's amenities were satisfying, but attention to cleanliness and staffing could enhance the overall experience.

The kids loved having a private pool to themselves which was fantastic for fun and relaxation. One night, the staff surprised us with a birthday cake for my son, it was a real sweet touch that made our stay memorable.

Had an amazing time at the water park, it was a total jol for the kids! The bar had some lekker cocktails and the staff were chommies, always making us feel welcome. The private pool was flipping epic, we had it to ourselves most days!

The maintenance of common areas left something to be desired, detracting from the overall aesthetic and safety. Lastly, the route to the beach felt unsafe, especially for families with children, which could be a significant concern.
